We have taken up the challenge from The Jones' to complete one hundred push ups after a 6 week training programme. For the initial test I managed 16 "good form" push ups, and apparently if I follow the programme I'll be able to do 100 at the end of 6 weeks. Hard to believe but I'll give it a go. Anyone else keen?

You're on Jen! I got twenty - nearly died doing it though! This will be good, it'll give me something to do while Im working. haha.
Wow! I totally admire you for doing it, but won't take up the challenge because my arms would probably fall off. And then I wouldn't be able to wear nice jackets. And that would be sad. :)
Weird, I started doing push-ups a couple of weeks ago. I do some first thing every morning. At the start I could only do 5; now I'm averaging 20. 100 seems a bit out there, though!
